CONTEXTE ADMINISTRATIF: 


Ces postes sont à pourvoir dans les entrepôts du PAM. Les titulaires relèvent du Magasinier.


OBJECTIFS ATTACHÉS AU POSTE: 


Pointer les marchandises et aider aux activités d'entreposage et d'inventaire physique pour rendre la gestion des marchandises aussi précise et efficiente que possible.


PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS ET RESPONSABILITÉS (liste indicative et non exhaustive):


1. Pointer les réceptions et les envois de marchandises, y compris lors des opérations de meunerie réalisées en interne, et détecter les anomalies et les communiquer au ou à la responsable hiérarchique, afin de renforcer la précision et l'efficacité de la gestion des marchandises dans l'entrepôt.


2. Assurer et gérer le bon entreposage des marchandises et aider à effectuer un inventaire physique à intervalles régulier en suivant les directives et les normes établies, afin de contribuer au respect des procédures et systèmes de contrôle interne.


3. Rédiger des rapports de pointage précis, y compris en établissant et en distribuant avec efficience des feuilles de pointage aux parties intéressées, pour comptabiliser de manière cohérente et rapide les mouvements d'entrée et de sortie des marchandises dans l'entrepôt.


4. Superviser le nettoyage de l'entrepôt après le chargement/déchargement des marchandises et la reconstitution des stocks pour s'assurer que l'entrepôt du PAM respecte les normes établies.


EXPÉRIENCE SOUHAITÉE:


• Expérience de la conduite d'activités logistiques simples (pointage).


NIVEAU D’ÉTUDES MINIMAL REQUIS:


Formation: Achèvement des études secondaires.


Connaissances linguistiques: Maîtrise (niveau C) de la langue officielle de l’ONU utilisée dans le lieu d’affectation et de la langue du lieu d’affectation, si elles diffèrent.
